Insurance Coverage
Partnered with The Lactation Network to accept most insurance plans with Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO, Cigna PPO, Humana PPO, Multiplan, Provider Network of America, United Healthcare*, VA (Veterans Administration CCN).
You may still try to see if your insurance may accept lactation visits upfront, otherwise we can provide you with a superbill to try getting a reimbursement. We also accept FSA/HSA.
Self-Pay
Don’t see your insurance provider listed?
That’s okay, we accept self-pay clients as well. We can provide you with a superbill to try getting a reimbursement, although this is not a guarantee. It is recommended to contact your insurance provider to ask more about your coverage. We accept FSA/HSA.
Initial Visit: $200 in-home, $115 virtual
Follow Up: $120 in-home, $75 virtual
